As much as the landscape of education in Texas has changed in the last five years, the needs of Texas literacy teachers have also changed. More than just a basic"rebrand", North Texas Educators of Literacy (NTEL) is striving to connect more teachers, support more teachers,

and empower more teachers in the critical literacy work that unites us.
